SafeHaven Security Limited was founded in 2024 by a Māori woman whose roots go back to kindness fairness an opportunity to do things differently in the security industry.

We started this company with a simple but powerful goal to create fair, reliable jobs for people in our community and to make sure our security guards and partners are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

At SafeHaven, we believe that looking after people starts from within. That means paying fair wages, offering support, and building a workplace where everyone feels valued. Our team is made up of everyday people turned into professional security guards who take pride in keeping others safe whether it’s protecting a business, an event, or a neighbourhood.
